This material is heavily protected by international copyright treaties, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and local intellectual property laws. We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access and read our Content strictly for personal, non-commercial, academic, and educational purposes.

2.1 Strict Prohibitions and Anti-Scraping Policy

We do not warrant that the servers hosting TyagiHub will remain completely free from downtime, latency, or cyber-attacks. 6. Absolute Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TyagiHub, its founder Himanshu Tyagi, its authors, affiliates, partners, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, server corruption, hardware failure, business interruption, or any other intangible losses arising from:

1. Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Platform.
2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
3. Any software bugs, database crashes, or security breaches resulting from implementing code copied from our educational tutorials.
4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Even if TyagiHub has been advised of the possibility of such damages, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed one US dollar ($1.00).

7. Indemnification Clause

You agree to fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TyagiHub, its founder, contractors, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Platform; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your use of our educational material caused damage to a third party's digital infrastructure.

8. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Arbitration

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the relevant Indian Arbitration associations. You explicitly waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit against TyagiHub. Any legal proceedings must be brought strictly on an individual basis in the courts located in New Delhi, India.

9. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that specific provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The failure of TyagiHub to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
